One Friday, early in the morning, the team of IDS Scheer headed off to Ruza to pass the best rope course in Russia. They had to pass the challenges at heights of 5 to 10 meters. The team learnt how to overcome their fears and work as one. None of the challenges could have been achieved alone, so they had to come up with their own ways to complete them. The team did a brilliant job and deserved respect and admiration. Our congratulations!

The Rope-town program in Ruza let us feel the collective spirit indeed, revealed the leadership qualities, showed strengths of each participant. Teambuilding that included the passage of challenges on a 10-meter height – is a drive, adrenalin and energy that we miss sometimes in our routine life!
